With owning a gun comes great responsibility, meaning if you have the money or resources to have your own you need to accept the responsibility that comes with it.
It's sad to see shootings about every other week in our country, and I haven't seen anymore details about this either but I hope that guy is found and apprehended before he hurts anyone else.
